WOMEN ARTISTS is a new lecture series by Barbara Falletta. She is an educator, artist and writer, and holds three graduate degrees including a master’s of art history, doctor of education and education specialist. The subject of women artists has been absent from most of art history books until the Feminist Movement of the 1970’s. Dr. Falletta is helping to spread the word, first, in her four part public television series on the subject, second, in her published writings, and now, by lecturing to art lovers in South Florida. Join us for an eye-opening experience filled with beauty and joy as we celebrate the work of these talented women.
