Bernie Gonzalez

BIOGRAPHY

A native of South Florida, Bernie Gonzalez has performed with such eminent artists as Andrea Bocelli, Celine Dion, Bryn Terfel, Tony Bennett, Nicola Benedetti, Chris Botti, and producer David Foster. From a young age, Bernie has had a passion for music and the arts. As a child, he was a member of the Screen Actors Guild, appearing in nationally televised commercials, and soon after began his musical training in a boy choir and toured throughout the U.S., Canada, Italy, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Argentina, and even South Africa. He is not only a singer, but an avid cellist and guitarist. Bernie recorded the Grammy Nominated album, Annelies, with Williamson Voices and the Lincoln Trio in 2012. Bernie devotes much of his time to sacred music and enjoys being a worship leader. He was formerly the Director of Music at Princeton Meadow Church from 2011-2016 and is currently on staff at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale. He studied at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey and is an alumnus of Rider University. Some of his past roles include, Daddy Warbucks in Annie, Mr. Brooke in Little Women, Lun Tha in The King and I.
