Ziev glides through the worlds of cabaret\, jazz gigs\, and performing with the Pops Orchestra of the Palm Beaches\, singing everything from Pop to Country.  She has performed in NYC (Don’t Tell Mama\, The Laurie Beechman\, Pangea\, Birdland)\, Chicago (Davenports)\, St. Louis (Kranzberg Arts Center & Jazz at the Bistro)\, Sterling Events Center in Austin\, TX\, Paris\, France\, the Galapagos Islands\, and various venues in FL including The Arts Garage and The Delray Beach Playhouse. Meri provides hybrid performance-lectures\, cabaret-style shows and jazz entertainment for senior communities.  She performs from ‘Zoom to the Room\,’ around the world\, singing at cabaret venues\, jazz clubs\, condominiums\, galas\, and fundraisers\, in person\, online and poolside!  Meri is the President and Co-Founder of the South Florida Cabaret Singers community.

Owen O’Neill and Dave Johns penned the play\, based on King’s 1983 novella Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption\, which examines the desperation and unlikely friendships shared by inmates in a maximum-security prison. The property is best known for its Oscar-nominated 1994 screen adaptation\, starring Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman.  The play had its world premiere at Dublin’s Gaiety Theatre in 2009. Kevin Anderson and Reg E. Cathey co-starred in the stage adaptation\, which transferred to the West End later that year.
