Welcome back to the Delray Beach Playhouse, as we kick off our 77th season at one of the most treasured community theaters in Florida!

The history of this hidden gem on the shores of Lake Ida dates all the way back to the 1940’s. Since then, our community theater has undergone many changes, but one thing has never changed in all these decades – our unwavering commitment to provide you with an affordable community arts space to gather each year and share the experience and the magic of live theater.

And this season, we are presenting some of the greatest entertainment to ever be presented on our stage!

Our 2023-2024 Season of Main Stage Plays includes: She Loves Me (November 24- December 10), Grumpy Old Men (February 2-25),  Merrily We Roll Along (March 22- April 7,  and The Lost Virginity Tour (May 3-19). 

Our 2023-2024 Best of Broadway Cabaret Series includes: Ann Talman: Elizabeth Taylor and the Shadow of Her Smile (December 11-14), Tovah Feldshuh: Aging is Optional (January 8-10), From Broadway With Love: From Funny Girl & 42nd Street to Miss Saigon & Phantom of the Opera (February 19-22), It’s De-Lovely: Jeff Harnar Sings Cole Porter (March 25-28), and Something Wonderful: Laura Yanez Sings Rodgers & Hammerstein (May 13-16) 

Our 2023- 2024 Feelin’ Groovy Series includes:  The Life & Song of Pete Seeger (December 6), The Life & Song of John Lennon and The Beatles (February 7), 60s Pop Chart Hits You Didn’t Know Came From Canada (April 3).
