GENERAL BOX OFFICE INFORMATION:
- Individual ticket prices may vary.
- Box Office reserves the right to sell side-pair seats only to couples.
- Box Office Hours:
- Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Additional Hours — Open one hour prior to performances.
TICKET POLICIES:
- All sales are final. No Refunds.
- There is a $5.00 convenience fee per ticket for all phone and internet orders.
- Tickets from all phone and internet orders may be printed at home and presented as admission, shown on mobile device or may be picked up in the Box Office at Will-Call prior to or day of performance.
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICIES:

Ticket exchange requests on day of performance, if granted, will be charged a $25 flat fee.

Ticket exchanges for Patrons, Subscribers and non-subscriber buyers will be charged a$10.00 exchange fee per show.

Partial exchanges are not available. (e.g. every member on one sale must exchange together).

Box Office reserves the right to sell side-pair seats to couples/pairs only

Unlimited free exchanges within a run of a show are available to Personal Angels and above members.

Exchanging shows between Main Stage Plays, Best of Broadway Cabaret Series and
-
Off-Broadway series is available to Archangels and above member levels.
* Exclusions apply for Tovah Feldshuh, which cannot be exchanged into without an upcharge.
To reserve your seats, simply call our Box Office at 561-272-1281. We will send you a contract to be signed and returned with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance (payment in full) is due no later than 30 days prior to the reserved performance date. Changes to the contract (e.g. number in group, etc) must be made and submitted up to 30 days prior to the selected performance. Seating is based on the best available at the time your reservation contract is received.
