GENERAL BOX OFFICE INFORMATION:

  • Individual ticket prices may vary. 
  • Box Office reserves the right to sell side-pair seats only to couples.
  • Box Office Hours:
    • Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
    • Additional Hours — Open one hour prior to performances.

TICKET POLICIES: 

  •  All sales are final. No Refunds.
  • There is a $5.00 convenience fee per ticket for all phone and internet orders.
  • Tickets from all phone and internet orders may be printed at home and presented as admission, shown on mobile device or may be picked up in the Box Office at Will-Call prior to or day of performance.

TICKET EXCHANGE POLICIES:

  • Day-of-Performance Exchanges:
    Ticket exchange requests made on the day of the scheduled performance, if approved, will incur a $25 flat exchange fee per order, plus any price difference between the original tickets and the new tickets selected.

  • Exchanges to a Different Show:
    Exchanges from one production to an entirely different production, if approved, will incur a $25 flat exchange fee per order.

    • If the new ticket price is higher, the patron is responsible for paying the full difference in ticket price.

    • If the new ticket price is lower, the exchange will be processed as a ticket-for-ticket exchange, and no refund, credit, or price adjustment will be issued for the difference.

  • Exchanges Within the Same Production Run:
    Ticket exchanges into another performance within the same production run will incur a $10 exchange fee per order for Patrons, Subscribers, non-subscriber buyers, and group sales, unless otherwise noted below.

  • Partial Exchanges Not Permitted (Including Group Sales):
    Partial exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances. This applies to individual purchases, subscriber orders, and group sales. All tickets within the same order or group reservation must be exchanged together. Individual tickets from a single order or group may not be split across different performances or dates.

  • Seat Assignment Policy:
    The Box Office reserves the right to assign seating, including limiting side-pair seating to couples or pairs only, based on availability and house configuration.

  • Member Exchange Benefits:

    • Personal Angel and above members receive unlimited free exchanges within the run of the same production.

    • Archangel and above members may exchange tickets between Main Stage Plays, Best of Broadway Cabaret Series, and Off-Broadway Series, subject to availability.

  • Final Authority:
    All ticket exchanges are subject to availability and Box Office approval. The Box Office reserves the right to deny any exchange request.

To reserve your seats, simply call our Box Office at 561-272-1281. We will send you a contract to be signed and returned with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance (payment in full) is due no later than 30 days prior to the reserved performance date. Changes to the contract (e.g. number in group, etc) must be made and submitted up to 30 days prior to the selected performance. Seating is based on the best available at the time your reservation contract is received.
