Youth Camp-Seussical JR. (Ages 7-13)
Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat and all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters spring to life onstage in Seussical JR., a fantastical musical extravaganza from Tony-winners, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty.
Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat narrates the story of Horton the Elephant, who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos. Horton must protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, and he must also guard an abandoned egg that’s been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!

AUDITION INFORMATION:
- Please bring a headshot/resume if you have one, but it is not required.
- Wear comfortable clothing, be prepared to dance. Don’t forget to bring water!

And now he’s ready to ride the wave to your theatre to entertain and delight audiences in this brilliant, bright, hilarious and brand-new musical! When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. With lives hanging in the balance and all hope lost, a most unexpected hero rises up. The power of optimism really can save the world! An exciting new musical featuring irresistible characters and magical music, this deep-sea pearl of a show is set to make a splash with audiences young and old. AUDITION INFORMATION:
- Prepare a 32-bar cut of a song from the show! There will be no accompaniment, but we will have a speaker. Please come with a karaoke track for your audition song.
- Please bring a headshot/resume.
- Be prepared to dance AND tap dance! Don’t forget to bring water!
- Wear appropriate audition attire, be prepared to move.
