SUMMER FUN CAMP:

• Campers must be paid for their chosen week before filling out the registration form. If you have not paid for your child’s spot, please do so before filling out our forms. This is the FINAL step of registration.
• Campers are not considered fully registered until their registration forms have been submitted. All forms must be submitted before your child can attend camp.
• Forms may be submitted by:
  • Bringing them to the Box Office
  • Emailing them to playhouseartsacademy@gmail.com

This is the final step in completing your child’s registration.

BROADWAY YOUTH & TEEN CAMP:

• Campers must fill out the audition form before filling out the registration form. You will be charged a $99 deposit to secure your camper’s spot. This is the FINAL step of registration.
• Submit your forms by bringing it to the first day of auditions or emailing it to playhouseartsacademy@gmail.com. Thank you.
