Group Sales & Policies

Why Bring a Group?

There’s nothing like sharing the joy of live theatre with friends, neighbors, or your organization. At Delray Beach Playhouse, we make it easy and affordable to bring groups together for an unforgettable experience.

Group Discount Policy

  • Group Size 10–29: $5.00 off per ticket, no service fees
  • Group Size 30+: $10.00 off per ticket, no service fees
  • Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
  • Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable up until 30 days prior to your performance date. After that, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Final Payment: Remaining balance is due 30 days before your show.
  • Seating: Groups are seated together whenever possible, with best available seats assigned at time of booking.
  • Group Leader Policy: All group arrangements are handled only with the group leader. We do not coordinate with multiple individuals in a group, and group rates are not available for individual purchases unless otherwise arranged with a discount code (see below).

Booking Process

  1. Contact Us – Call or email our Box Office to choose your show.
  2. Reserve Seats – Give us an estimated count and we’ll hold your group seats. A 25% deposit is required at the time of your reservation and secures your seats.
  3. Final Payment – The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the performance. Deposits are applied toward the total balance and will become non-refundable if payment is not received by the 30-day deadline. Reservations may be released if payment is late.  
  4. Ticket Distribution – Once tickets are paid in full, they may be:
    • Mailed to the group leader,
    • Emailed as digital tickets to the group leader, or
    • Picked up at the Box Office by the group leader.
  5. Enjoy the Performance – Arrive early and experience live theatre together!

Alternative Option:
Don’t want to manage reservations or serve as the group leader? Ask us about setting up a Group Discount Code for your community. This allows your members to purchase their own tickets online at the group rate, without fees, while still receiving the discount.

Transportation & Arrival

  • Buses/Vans: Bus parking available on-site (please notify us in advance).
  • Group Check-In: A group leader should check in with the Box Office upon arrival.
  • Accessibility: Our theatre is ADA-compliant. Please let us know about special seating needs when booking.
